Where are all the parents whose jaws are tight and cemented shut, because the President of the United States wants to speak with their children.

Why aren’t you up in arms about this travesty?

American parents — your priorities are ass-backwards.  I’m stunned, just stunned.

This is an example of the “DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA!”

This is akin to Nazi book burning, it’s a compete outrage.

A Boston school’s library is getting rid of all  its books. A library with no books. This is almost sacrilegious!

“It makes me sad,’’ said Vezina, who hosts a book club on campus dubbed the Off-line Readers and has made a career of introducing students to books. “I’m going to miss them. I love books. I’ve grown up with them, and there’s something lost when they’re virtual. There’s a sensual side to them - the smell, the feel, the physicality of a book is something really special.’’    Without Books

She’s right there is nothing like going into a library and have the smell of books greet you. There’s a solitude among all the hundreds of pages quietly waiting to be read.

Listen when you walk into a library, Voltaire, Homer, Plato, Socrates etc… their bound pages are whispering for you open up their binders and read, read, read…

They and the others must be turning over in their graves.

Oh, but no, America’s parents are much more concerned with their President wanting to address their children.

Someone has struck you all and made you stupid!

Americans should be afraid…we all should be very, very afraid.
